各位导师、同学，

  2020级新生的第一轮轮转将于11月14日（周六）结束；请2020级新生（学硕和直博生）再次联系我们的PI寻找新的实验室进行第二轮的实验室轮转，各课题组接收轮转情况见（附件.2020级轮转分配表-第二轮），第二轮轮转将于12月1日-明年1月31日期间进行。

  请各位学生于11月27日之前提交以下纸质材料：

  1.第一轮轮转考核表（附件1）+第一轮轮转报告（报告要求-前言、材料与方法、结果与讨论、参考文献）

  2.第二轮轮转意向表（附件2）

   3.第一轮轮转评分表（附件3），电子版发至hwang@ips.ac.cn

  温馨提醒：

  1.请各位导师于11月15日-11月27日完成对学生第一轮轮转的考核，考核结束后由导师或者课题组秘书将学生的考核表+轮转报告交至研究生办王慧处（请勿让学生转交考核后的材料）。

2.学生提交第二轮轮转意向表之后，研究生办将核实轮转情况（是否符合要求），也请学生提前咨询好课题组是否能接受第二轮轮转；
  3.11月15日-11月27日期间进行第一轮轮转考核、寻找第二轮轮转意向实验室；

4.任何导师、学生不得提前向任何一方承诺或应允第三轮轮转意向，违者必究。

其他说明：

1.在第一轮轮转通知（9月2日的邮件中），研究生办由于政策理解错误，有3名新PI的招生指标测算错了，本次已做更正，给各位导师、学生带来不便，非常抱歉。

2.9月2日通知中，部分PI的课题经费（课题组内有硕导的），也列支错了，PI的课题组经费应该减去副研（硕导的经费），本次附件中有硕导的课题经费（附件4-由财务处提供的7月底课题经费情况）

Dear all,

    The first round lab rotation will be finished on November 14th,( Saturday). Please contact our PI again to find a new lab for the second  round lab rotation. Please refer to the receiving rotation of each research group (Annex. Rotation Allocation Table of Grade 2020 - Round 2). The second round lab rotation will start on Dec. 1 and finish on Jan. 31.

    The students need to submit the following paper materials before November 27th:

   1. First round rotation evaluation form（Attachment 1） and report（preface、material and method、result and discussion、references）

   2. The second round of consideration form（Attachment 2）

  3. First-round Rotation Score Sheet (Annex 3)

   Warm reminder:

1. Please complete the first round rotation assessment of students from November 15 to November 27. After the assessment, the supervisor or the secretary of the research group will submit the students' assessment form + rotation report to Hui WANG (please do not allow the students to transfer the materials after the assessment).

2.After the students submit the second round of consideration form, the graduate department will verify the rotation situation (whether it meets the requirements), and also ask the students to consult the research group in advance whether they can accept the second round of rotation;

3. From November 15 to November 27, the first round of rotation assessment will be conducted and the second round of rotation intention laboratory will be searched; 

4. No supervisor or student shall make any promise or promise to either party in advance for the third round;

   If you encounter any problems during rotation, please feel free to consult.
